HOW TO RECEIVE A GIFT VOUCHER

Gift vouchers are digital and are sent by e-mail to your e-mail address so you can print, package and give them to your loved ones.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The gift voucher is nominative, can only be redeemed once, cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable. The voucher is required for booking and must be presented at check-in. Advance booking is required, subject to availability. Cancellation of a reservation 7 days prior to arrival date renders the Voucher void.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment is possible by bank transfer or directly at the hotel by Card or Bancomat.

Periods of non-validity of the Vouchers
**The vouchers cannot be used during the high season, i.e. during public holidays and desarpa, from 22/12 to 8/01, 1/02 to 28/02 from 1/07 to 31/08.

*The voucher must be presented on arrival at the campsite.

In the event of a confirmed booking and non-use of the Gift Voucher, it will be considered used and can no longer be redeemed. We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance. Adults only.
