CancellationStays shorter than < 4 nights: up to 8 days before the day of arrival no penalty will be withheld. From 7 to 0 days before arrival an amount equal to the first night of the stay will be withheld. For stays longer than >4 nights you may cancel up to 8 days prior to arrival and no cancellation fee will be retained. From 7 to 0 days before arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount.
In case of no-show or early departure 100% of the amount of the stay will be retained

Payment: payment is made at the B&B. No advance payment is required. We reserve the right to charge your card in advance of your arrival.
The terms and conditions of cancellation and advance payment vary depending on the type of accommodation.

If you do not turn up, the full amount will be charged.

Children and additional beds Structure ONLY ADULTS
No extra beds can be added; our rooms are all doubles or twins for maximum 2 people.

Pets: no animal

VAT and tourist tax: VAT at 10% is included. Tourist tax of €0.80 per person for night is not included.

Facilities in the rooms: shower, hairdryer, desk, complimentary toiletries, WC, bidet, private bathroom, heating, flat-screen TV, separate entrance, wooden floor/parquet, closet/wardrobe, towels, upper floors only accessible via external stairs, toilet paper, shower gel, shower cap, power socket next to bed, non-feather pillow, daily housekeeping service.

SPA HIBOU: our small SPA with salts of Health whirlpool and 90-degree Finnish bio-sauna can be booked for 60 euros per couple for exclusive use for 2 hours with herbal tea available.
Bookable times are from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Depending on availability.
